Josephine's goal as your therapist, through therapy, is to empower individuals, couples, and families to heal so they can prosper and live their best life. She focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families tackle issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, infertility, perinatal, relationship, and intimacy issues. Whether you are having a difficult time figuring out how to manage life, experiencing stress, or coping with your relationships in the home and/or in the workplace, Josephine can assist you in reviving your life and achieving change. The presence of challenges in life can lead us to feel helpless, anxious, angry, stuck, or even overtaken by our emotions.

Josephine’s graduate internship consisted of working with children and families in substance abuse. Josephine also completed her internship in private practice working with couples & teens.

  • Registered Marriage & Family Therapist (RMFTI) in the state of Florida
  • Currently under the supervision of Julie Johnson, LPCC-S, LMHC -QS
  • Working towards the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure
