Coaching Fees
Julie's coaching fees are dependent in individually tailored plans. There is no insurance accepted for coaching. There is no diagnostic or billing code. These do not qualify for out of network or insurance reimbursement.

Insurances Information for Ohio and Florida
Please note: It is your responsibility to make sure your insurance will cover services with us. If the insurance is rejected, you are responsible for the private pay rate. Most of the time, you will have a deductible unless you have met your out-of-pocket, and often insurance then requires a co-pay. We are not in control of those fees.
Disputed Charges are immediately sent to our attorney for collections and you will be discharged from the practice. Fees are due at the time of service.
