What does a session cost?
South Carolina is private pay only and you may receive a superbill if you have out-of-network benefits. Julie accepts private pay currently for all states and is the only therapist in South Carolina.

Individual fee for Private Pay (no diagnosis required/no record of diagnosis transmitted to health insurance/nothing will go to your permanent health record, or you may not qualify for a specific diagnosis), you may qualify for out-of-network benefits.
Julie's fees are:
- Intake $200
- Individual sessions $180
Noelle, Aly, and Loveth
- Intake Individual $165
- Individual session $145
Couples-Noelle-Ohio
- $175 intake
- $165 sessions
Must cancel more than 48 hours in advance to avoid a full fee charge.
Insurance: Fee's vary per your plan. A $125 late/no-call/no-show fee for all insurance clients. You must cancel on Friday for a Monday session during business hours and best to contact your therapist directly. Our appointment reminder emails are not monitored if you reply to those to cancel or change and will not be seen. Every therapist’s information is listed in the About me section. Please keep their contact information once you schedule for convenience. The business line is not manned during the weekend. . For emergencies during non-business hours, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

Insurances Information for Ohio and Florida
We do not accept community plans (Medicare or Medicaid of any kind). Currently only Private Pay for South Carolina clients.
Please note: It is your responsibility to make sure your insurance will cover services with us. Most of the time, you will have a deductible unless you have met your out-of-pocket, and often insurance then requires a co-pay. We are not in control of those fees.
Insurance submissions require that you are given a diagnosis, constrain therapy modules and time constraints. Private pay is an option to avoid a diagnosis and permanent record with insurance companies.

We do not accept CareSource, Molina, or other Medicaid insurance.
**Out-of-network will require payment upfront at private pay cost and we will send you an itemized bill to send to your insurance company if you request it and have out-of-network benefits.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards payments as forms of payment. Each transaction is 3.6% card fee. We do not accept checks or HSA check payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you WILL be charged the discounted rate of $125 for the time block that is reserved just for you. You must cancel on Friday for a Monday session.
