Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Are you struggling to understand your emotions and why you are feeling the way you do? Maybe you are contemplating a change in your life or feel stuck on how to move forward in a time of transition or stress. No matter what you are going through, I am here to support you.

With all of life's demands, it can be hard to find the time to pause and be present with our feelings to make sense of them. In session, I will work with you to create this space. Together, we will uncover what needs are going unmet, and discuss how to make changes that bring well-being back into your life.

I specialize in working with clients on issues related to depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. If you're looking for a safe space to talk through your stressors without judgement, and are hopeful for genuine support and feedback, let's talk now.
