Sometimes we just don’t feel like ourselves. There might be pressure to “have it all together” or know what the future holds. It’s easy to get caught up in worries and expectations that leave you feeling discouraged, lost, or overwhelmed. Maybe you find yourself at a crossroads with a loved one, a career, or how to make effective choices towards the version of yourself you want to be; Whether you are going through a tough life transition, struggling with your self-esteem or in your relationships, I am here to support you.

In therapy, I balance helping my clients foster insight for deeper self-understanding and acceptance with the development of coping skills for improved well-being. I specialize in working with Emerging Adults on issues related to depression, anxiety, relational problems, and low self-esteem. My sessions provide a safe space for clients to connect more authentically with their emotions and themselves that helps create pathways to change.
